Closed or underground car parks are ventilated primarily to remove harmful substances in the exhaust gases and provide fresh air to people in the car parks. Ventilation is also necessary during a fire - its task is then to remove hot smoke and thus facilitate both the escape from the parking lot and the actions of the fire brigade.

The amount of ventilation air for parking lots varies - most often it is determined based on the number of air changes, ventilation intensity per parking space or in order to reduce the concentration of poisonous substances in the air adequately. These values are given in the relevant building standards.

AirFlow Duct Systems uses traditional and proven parking ventilation systems where exhaust fans (and sometimes supply fans) and a system of air distribution ducts are installed throughout the parking area. This solution is used to remove both polluted air and smoke. 

Ducts are manufactured in our factory according to mechanical drawings for a specific car park. 

In production plants, during technological processes, various pollutants, heat and water vapour are released into the air surrounding the workplace. They can pose a threat to human health and safety, as well as cause faster wear, damage and failure of machines and devices. Adequate ventilation can help overcome these problems.

In industrial facilities, it is necessary to ensure proper working conditions, including appropriate air temperature, but also to maintain the concentration of pollutants at a safe level, i.e. lower than its maximum permissible value (NDS). Industrial ventilation is designed to remove or dilute pollutants generated during technological processes. Contaminants should be removed as close to the point of emission as possible using mechanical ventilation, as exhaust natural ventilation systems will not remove harmful pollutants effectively.
