ESP is an enormously efficient way of filtering dirty particles from smoke, grease and other flowing gases. Electrostatic precipitation can operate large volumes of air with excellent the rate of airflow.
Kitchen extraction air is a complex mixture of gases, smoke, grease, temperature and water vapour. Because of that, cleaning air is a challenges process, but our Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) units are specially designed to target these specific particles that are in the dirty kitchen air.
How does this work?
Electrostatic precipitator uses static electricity to clean the air from contaminations, primarily targets grease, smoke particles and polluting gases such as sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.
Electrostatic precipitators removed dirty particles by ionising them, which makes them electrically charged. Those particles are collected later on the filters, and fresh airflow is released from electrostatic precipitators.

How does UV sterilizer work ?
The UV lamps generate ozone by breaking down O2 oxygen molecules into individual O atoms, then attaching them to other O2 oxygen molecules to form O3 ozone molecules. Ozone has been proven effective in destroying microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, yeast and fungus, and grease and oil from the kitchen exhaust.
Where to use UV sterilizer?
Installed in kitchen extraction ductwork, UV/Ozone lamps clean the exhaust ducts and hood interior. They destroy cooking odour, keep ductwork almost grease-free, reduce fire risk, reduce ductwork cleaning to a minimum and is completely automatic in operation.
